Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in property management. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, humble in their approach, and smart in their decision-making.


Responsibilities:


1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

2. Conduct property checks and ensure that all units are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.

3. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

4. Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement procedures.

5. Conduct market research and assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.

6. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

7. Drive to various properties as needed for meetings, and other duties.


Requirements:


1. Must be 18 years old or older.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Basic computer skills.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

9. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
