Responsibilities
โข Meet with prospective and current customers
โข Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
โข Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
โข Assist customers throughout the claims process
โข Maintain detailed customer records
โข Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach)
โข Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
โข Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
โข Demonstrated success in sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
โข Strong relationshipโbuilding skills, with the ability to establish trust and longโterm client loyalty
โข Experience managing business operations, including budgeting, planning, and recruitment initiatives
โข Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance and financial concepts
โข Selfโmotivated and independent, with the initiative to prospect, market, and grow a client base
โข Experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferred, but not required
โข Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools to maintain accurate client and business records is an asset
โข Ag Experience is a plus!
