Responsibilities
โ€ข Meet with prospective and current customers
โ€ข Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
โ€ข Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
โ€ข Assist customers throughout the claims process
โ€ข Maintain detailed customer records
โ€ข Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach)
โ€ข Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
โ€ข Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
โ€ข Demonstrated success in sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
โ€ข Strong relationshipโ€‘building skills, with the ability to establish trust and longโ€‘term client loyalty
โ€ข Experience managing business operations, including budgeting, planning, and recruitment initiatives
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance and financial concepts
