Responsibilities
โข Meet with prospective and current customers
โข Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
โข Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
โข Assist customers throughout the claims process
โข Maintain detailed customer records
โข Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach)
โข Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
โข Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
โข 2+ years of sales, customer service, or insurance-related experience
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Goal-oriented and self-motivated
โข Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
โข Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (if not currently licensed)
โข Agriculture experience is a plus
