What are Insurance Agent Trainees?

Insurance Agent Trainees are individuals who are undergoing training to become licensed insurance agents. They typically learn about different types of insurance policies, sales techniques, industry regulations, and customer service skills. During the trainee period, they often work under the supervision of experienced agents or managers, gaining hands-on experience with clients and insurance products. The goal is to prepare them for a full-time role as an insurance agent, where they will help clients choose appropriate insurance coverage and assist with claims and policy management.

As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you can typically expect to receive structured support through formal training programs, regular guidance from experienced agents, and close supervision from agency managers.
