Job Overview

Infinity Replacement is Marvin's dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation directly to homeowners. Through our direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation-making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

We're looking for a detail-driven Product Coordinator to help ensure every customer experience is exceptional. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our order process-keeping projects organized, accurate, and on track from start to finish.

Highlights of your role
  • Receive, audit, and process measurements from project managers in the field.
  • Prepare complete customer files with all order components.
  • Communicate with Design Consultants to confirm accuracy and scope of orders; request clarifications when needed.
  • Resolve sales-related issues to prevent delays in ordering.
  • Review pending deliveries and verify product accuracy.
  • Audit order acknowledgements and review financials.
  • Prepare and distribute delivery paperwork.
  • Assist team members with projects and month-end tasks as needed.
