Job Overview

Are you passionate about people, organization, and creating a great employee experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employees throughout their journey with the organization-from onboarding and employee engagement to HR administration and compliance. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Highlights of your role
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, helping create an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.
  • Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects.
  • Partner with employees and leaders to support a positive and productive work environment.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Prior administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people and organizational success.
