Human Resources (HR) Professional LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $25.00/hour • Flexible for 8 hour shift between 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. (Schedule be 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM). ROLE IMPACT: Support a positive employee experience by serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries. In this role, you will deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support while navigating multiple HR systems, documenting cases, and connecting employees and leaders with the appropriate resources. Success is measured by exceptional customer service, accuracy, and effective issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Respond to HR inquiries from employees, managers, former employees, dependents, and external agencies via phone and electronic channels. • Resolve HR questions or route inquiries to the appropriate operations or shared services teams. • Navigate multiple HR systems to research issues, identify resources, and maintain thorough case documentation. • Communicate professionally and empathetically through verbal and written interactions. • Protect confidential information while delivering accurate, high-quality HR support.
