Job description

At ANDMOREยฎ, we connect people through experiences that inspire and engage. Our mission is to create markets that fuel opportunities, foster community, and spark growth. As we continue to evolve our people operations and HR systems, we are building a best-in-class employee experience grounded in innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
Position Summary
The HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support and the operational engine that keeps day-to-day HR running smoothly. This role provides Tier 1 employee support, HRIS data maintenance, and administrative coordination across the HR team. Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into broader HR responsibilities in areas such as employee experience programming, talent operations, and HR communications, making it an excellent entry point for an early-career HR professional who is eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 Employee Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR Support inbox, triaging and responding to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, payroll questions, and HR processes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of ANDMORE's HR policies, benefits offerings, and programs to provide accurate first-level guidance to employees.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member with full context and documentation.
  • Maintain FAQ resources and employee-facing HR communications to reduce repetitive inquiries over time.
HRIS Data & Recordkeeping
  • Coordinate new hire and employee change data entry in UKG, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Perform regular audits of HRIS data to identify and correct discrepancies in employee records.
  • Upload and maintain data for HR programs including birthdays, anniversaries, and recognition milestones.
  • Generate standard HR reports including headcount, turnover summaries, and open position reports as requested.
  • Support the Director, Talent Acquisition & People Operations with ad-hoc data and system support needs.
HR Administrative Support
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics including system setup notifications, building and parking access updates, and first-day communications across Atlanta, Las Vegas, and High Point offices.
  • Maintain organized and compliant employee files and documentation in HR systems.
  • Support offboarding coordination including system updates, communication to facilities, and documentation collection.
  • Assist with HR team scheduling, meeting logistics, and materials preparation as needed.
Employee Experience & Culture Support
  • Assist with the logistics of employee recognition programs, including SWAG procurement, nominee coordination, and award distribution.
  • Support the coordination of HR-led culture initiatives, engagement events, and employee appreciation programs across all office locations.
  • Help draft and distribute internal HR communications, announcements, and recognition highlights.
  • Assist with logistics for pulse surveys, anniversary programs, and other engagement touchpoints.
Growth Opportunities
As this role matures, the HR Coordinator may expand into supporting compliance training tracking and logistics, learning & development program coordination, HR communications and content development, and project coordination support for broader HR initiatives. This role is intended to grow alongside the individual.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or people operations experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, or similar.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, benefits administration, or employee lifecycle processes.
  • Exposure to employee recognition or culture program coordination.
  • Experience using workflow or project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
Key Attributes
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a process-minded approach to work.
  • Service-minded with a genuine desire to help employees and improve their experience.
  • Proactive communicator who follows through and closes the loop.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude to every interaction.
  • Eager to learn and grow into a broader HR career over time.
Reporting Structure Recommendation
This role is recommended to report to the Director, HR Service Delivery & Employee Experience. Placing this role under the Director creates a natural operational unit focused on service delivery and employee experience - with the Director providing day-to-day oversight, growth coaching, and triage support. This also relieves the VP of Talent and other senior HRBPs from managing Tier 1 coordination directly, which is consistent with the team's goal of freeing up senior capacity for more strategic work.
Why Join ANDMOREยฎ
  • Launch or grow your HR career at a dynamic, innovative company.
  • Gain broad exposure across HR functions - operations, engagement, talent, and more.
  • Collaborative, people-first culture with hybrid flexibility.

Direct impact on how employees experience ANDMORE every day
