Overview

JST is seeking a Help Desk Technicianย to join our team.ย The Help Desk Specialist will provide local and remote Technical Support Services for end user support.ย 

This is a full-time position on-site in Hurlburt Field, FL. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture.


Help Desk Technician Responsibilities

  • Provide a total customer support service as a single point of contact for all issues relating to IT and IS services
  • Provide local and remote Technical Support Services for end user support
  • Maintain and return customers to normal IT Operations with the smallest possible impact
  • Provide support for IT Solutions software and hardware service requests and incidents
  • Resolve service desk tickets
  • Tier I aids support to the Proven IT Help Desk which is the first line of support for our customers
  • Tier I will communicate and work as a team with Tier II and Tier III to solve a customer's issues
  • Works with clients over the phone to investigate issues and provide solutions
  • Documents calls and resolutions to ensure continuity throughout the team
  • Be able to rotate schedules if needed.


Help Desk Technician Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Customer Service experience
