Fleet Support Specialist (Administrative / Fleet Operations)ย 
Location: Austin, TX, United States(Onsite)
Contract|Full-Time (30+ hours/week)
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager. This entry-level fleet operations role focuses on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, DMV processing, and records management to ensure fleet vehicles remain properly registered, inspected, and compliant.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative support, clerical, or operations experience looking to grow within fleet management or transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process vehicle titles, registrations, renewals, and ownership documentation
  • Coordinate and track annual vehicle inspections and regulatory compliance deadlines
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records (document management, filing systems)
  • Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and related regulatory forms
  • Monitor compliance timelines for registrations, inspections, and renewals
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding documentation status
  • Support fleet reporting, administrative tracking, and operational workflows
  • Assist with additional fleet-related projects as assigned
Required Qualifications (Must have)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or operations support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and document management systems
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience tracking deadlines and maintaining compliance documentation
