Elite Exposure is hiring a PR Events Assistant in Indianapolis. This role is built for sharp, competitive, sports-minded individuals who want to apply real communication and public relations skills in a fast-paced, face-to-face live events environment โ€” not behind a screen.

You played sports. You know what it takes to show up prepared, outwork the competition, and perform under pressure. We want that same energy at our events every single day.

What You Will Do

  • Represent Elite Exposure and our charity partners at live pop-up events and community activations throughout Indianapolis
  • Develop and deliver consistent, on-brand public relations messaging directly to consumers face-to-face
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners at every event
  • Support pre- and post-event communications to maximize community engagement and campaign awareness
  • Track event performance metrics, public response, and campaign results and report findings to leadership
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging strategy and improve event outcomes
  • Grow into a senior PR or leadership role based on your performance and results

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or current enrollment in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field โ€” preferred not required
  • A competitive, sports-minded mindset โ€” you show up prepared, perform under pressure, and hate losing
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills โ€” you adapt your message to any audience with confidence
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results โ€” both individual and team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-person field environment at live events throughout Indianapolis
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations across Indianapolis
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

What You Will Earn

  • $800โ€“$1,200 per week based on performance, paid every week
  • Performance bonuses on top of weekly earnings
