Summary:
The Jr. Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team with design projects across the Fior di Sole portfolio, including collateral materials, point-of-sale, and digital assets. This role requires a strong understanding of layout, typography, print production, and digital design. This position also supports other departments within the company on graphic design needs, while managing the creative asset library and assisting with brand assets and campaign development.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Express) are required. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple design projects, meet tight deadlines, and handle revisions and shifting priorities. Experience in the wine industry is a plus.

Compensation: $70,000 - $78,000
Location: 100% on-site
You Will:
  • Create and design brand assets for both print and digital needs
  • Assist internal departments with sales and corporate collateral, including creative writing for brand needs
  • Support the development and execution of artwork updates and packaging changes for existing brands
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints
  • Assist the content team with social media assets and photoshoots
  • Manage and maintain the creative asset library for team use
  • Support video and photography projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You Have:
