Infin Moving is seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of event logistics in Columbus, OH. This role assists with scheduling, organizing equipment and materials, coordinating setup activities, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. We are looking for a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating event setup and breakdown schedules
  • Help organize equipment, furniture, and materials for transportation
  • Communicate with clients to confirm service details and timelines
  • Coordinate with drivers and field teams to support daily operations
  • Monitor project progress and assist with resolving scheduling issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support supervisors with daily operational tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
