Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination, eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events industry. As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of a wide variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences and seminars to social gatherings and promotional functions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing events from start to finish under the guidance of senior event planners.
  • Support logistics planning, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Help with event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and attendee registration management.
  • Assist in preparing materials such as signage, schedules, and attendee packets for events.
