Client: Medical Device Company

Level Of Experience: Mid-Level

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

Must Have's :

  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word
  • Basic Excel Skills
  • Possible EHS – Environmental Health and safety skill ( not mandatory) can learn on job
  • Update documents to current format,
  • gap assess procedures against corporate requirements,
  • chemical inventory and update of SDS system to get it current,

Job Description:

  • Organize files and archive files using corp. procedure for this.
  • Quality Document Systems Management is responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of controlled documentation and supporting systems.
  • Typically is vocationally qualified with limited work experience.
  • Develops knowledge and skills in basic practices and procedures within own area.
  • Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work.
  • Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures; work is subject to review by others.
