Data Collector & Document Control Specialist (Part-Time)

Contract: 12+ Months
Approx. 20 hours/week (Flexible Schedule, Monday–Friday)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collector & Document Control Specialist to support data management and document control activities in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and maintaining data, managing controlled documents, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance within SharePoint and Microsoft Office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources
• Manage document control processes, including revisions, approvals, and archiving
• Maintain SharePoint libraries, version control, and document organization
• Create and maintain templates, logs, and tracking tools using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring documentation is current and accessible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation standards
• Generate reports and resolve data discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with SharePoint libraries and workflows
• Background in data collection, document control, or records management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to perform field walks and document verification activities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of document control or quality systems
• Experience with Power BI or Power Automate
Education & Experience:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, relevant technical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0–4 years of related experience
