Position : Analyst 2, Bus Mtrcs/Analytics
Location : San Diego, CA

Employment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT)
Work days/hours: 8AM-5PM, M-F
Hybrid preferred (onsite at least 1 day/wk)
Job Description:
Daily Tasks
Running mass data reports within SAP
o Use BI Reporting within SAP Everest to pull up-to-date sales data for all active customers in QlikView (~4K Contracts)
Shortfall calculations
  • Work alongside team to create shortfall calculator documents for top ~100 customers (whatever target list is for FY24 + more)
  • Pull customer agreement from Salesforce
  • Enter data into new shortfall calculator template spreadsheet
  • Pull purchases in from batch reporting
  • Analyze purchasing patterns (pivot)

Data validation and documentation
  • Validate shortfall calculations against Qlik compliance calculations
  • Ensure customer's commitments in dashboard align with what is on the contract
  • Keep running list of discrepancies between Qlik and manual analysis

Desired Skillset
  • Analytical skills: ability to manage & understand large amount of data and identify purchase patterns
  • Interpersonal skills including ability to communicate data and information challenges
  • Logic, piecing gaps together
  • Attention to detail, clear documentation
  • Basic knowledge of dashboarding tools e.g., Qlik or Power BI a plus

Experience in lieu of education:
  • At least 2 years of working experience inclusive of Commercial Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing or Sales
  • Operations experience.
