Job description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a pivotal supervisory role within a multi-disciplinary clinical team, primarily serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position involves close collaboration with educators and therapists to deliver effective behavior analysis services. The BCBA utilizes advanced tools such as electronic data collection systems, behavior tracking software, and telehealth platforms to assess and enhance client outcomes. Occasional local travel is required, with opportunities for growth into senior BCBA roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans based on data analysis
  • Monitor progress and modify behavior interventions as needed
  • Provide consultation to clients and families regarding behavior strategies
  • Train and supervise staff, including other BCBAs
  • Write detailed reports documenting client progress and intervention outcomes
