Training Wheels ABA in Pflugerville is an amazing place to begin your ABA career.

We are hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No ABA experience required — we provide all paid training and support needed for RBT certification.

Training Wheels ABA is an early intervention ABA provider serving children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Our Pflugerville clinic is known for its welcoming culture, strong clinical mentorship, and dedication to empowering families through high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

What You’ll Do
  • Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD

Paid Training + RBT Certification

We will fully prepare you with:

  • 40 hours ABA classroom training
  • RBT competency assessment
  • Support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in about 30 days
