The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry level part-time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role is for the person that is looking for a career with great job growth in a company that values internally promoting our employees.
Shoe Sensation loves shoes, our employees, our customers, and our communities. We have over 230 locations in 21 states and continue to grow. We hire locals and strive to improve our communities.

What you will do:
  • Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
  • Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
  • Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
  • Help re-stock the sales floor.
  • Keep things neat and clean in the store.
  • Teach others how to do all the things above.
  • Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.

  • Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
