CIBM Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Indianapolis location as a Bank Teller! If you have a background in customer service, cash handling, or upselling, this might be the position for you! No prior banking experience is necessary - we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Opportunity Description:
  • Schedule: This position typically offers 26 hours per week. Regular business hours are Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday - Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • No Banking Experience Required: We believe in training our team for success, so prior banking experience isn't necessary. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you're confident and knowledgeable in your role.
  • Customer-Focused: Use your passion for helping people to provide exceptional service, while promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Compensation: The budgeted wage for this position is $16-$18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Bank Teller, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by accurately processing transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
