Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our on-site bank operations team. This role supports daily banking functions by processing transactions, maintaining customer account records, and assisting internal teams. The position is well-suited for someone early in their banking career who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and operational support work.
This is an entry-level operations role, with preference given to candidates who have approximately one year of banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer banking transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Perform maintenance on customer accounts and banking systems
  • Support internal banking departments with operational requests
  • Research account discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Assist with debit card processing, maintenance, and issuance
  • Support document imaging, account documentation, and operations workflows
