We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform basic, repetitive mechanical assembly operations while following clear verbal and written instructions. Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to complete assembly tasks
• Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly of components, assemblies, and subassemblies
• Assemble parts manually using visual aids and verify specifications before completing each task
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Use scanners, hand tools, and basic equipment during the assembly process
• Accurately report assembly activity and production output
• Work under direct supervision from the Manufacturing Supervisor, Line Manager, or assigned leadership
• Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies
• Follow all procedures related to company security and operational standards
• Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills

• Basic assembly experience or familiarity with mechanical processes
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Dependable and able to work in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Previous assembly or production experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Experience Level

• Entry level; training will be provided

Compensation

• Pay range: $18.00 – $20.70 per hour

Work Environment

• Warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Work performed under close supervision
