Summary Description
The Warehouse & Distribution Associate is primarily responsible for completing general warehouse functions.
This includes, but is not limited to labeling, boxing and assembling product, verifying incoming product counts, conducting inventory counts, using a scanner where necessary and reviewing documentation in order to maintain up-to-date inventory and assembly records.
The Warehouse and Distribution Associate is also responsible for the packaging and shipping of finished devices.
will also perform QC inspection to verify counts, labels, documentation, etc.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0 – 3 years of experience; Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Prior experience of GMP and ISO standards preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Proven ability to follow policies and procedures consistently and independently
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to display sound judgment
• Computer literacy
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited to, the motor/physical abilities and skills required of the position in order to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
• While undertaking the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, the employee must repeatedly sit, listen, speak, type, and move throughout the facility.

• Ability to use a pallet jack and move pallets. Closed toed shoes REQUIRED.
