QuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Hand Assemblers for opportunities in Urbana, Ohio. This position is responsible for assembling packaging products, inspecting materials, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, working with their hands, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assemble cardboard, corrugated, plastic, and packaging components by hand
  • Follow production schedules, work orders, and supervisor instructions
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Stack, label, bundle, and package completed products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Safely operate basic hand tools and production equipment
  • Assist with loading materials and moving finished products as needed
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
