Description

The Assembler Lead I provides training to Assemblers, operates equipment, and reports on the operations of Monoflo shift Assemblers. Under the guidance of a Assembler Lead II and Team Supervisor, the Assembler Lead I assists a team that configures, labels, stacks, inventories, and moves Monoflo products throughout our facilities. This position is a unique growth opportunity that provides unparalleled exposure to American manufacturing, quality and safety standards, and the people we employ. Assembler Lead I work in multiple roles throughout their day, are versatile employees and functional experts. They provide relief, training, and guidance to Assemblers, and think critically about opportunities for change and others.  


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist, supervise and develop Assemblers by providing relief, inspecting products, performing order changes, and communicating assignments and expectations
  • Observe, enforce, and conduct audits of quality, safety, and compliance standards to ensure Assemblers abide by Monoflo's policies, procedures, and departmental expectations
  • Complete the training and evaluation of Assemblers
  • Provide Assembler training feedback to the Assembler Lead II
  • Perform the duties of Assemblers as required
  • Teach, support, and uphold Monoflo policies and procedures
  • Use stable, repeatable methods to maintain the predictability, regular timing, and regular output of processes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak and write in English, perform basic mathematical calculations, and use computers
  • GED OR High School Diploma OR comparable work experience

Work Schedule:

2/2/3 Rotation

7:00AM to 7:00PM or 7:00PM to 7:00AM
