Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling precision machinery, mechanical components, and subassemblies while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with mechanical assembly, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Candidates with strong troubleshooting skills and experience building or servicing machinery are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components, machinery, and subassemblies according to blueprints and specifications
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Position, align, and secure components manually or using hoists and lifting equipment
  • Verify part dimensions and clearances using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Install fixtures, wiring, and mechanical components using hand tools and power tools
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace damaged or defective parts as needed
  • Monitor assembly processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep
  • Work collaboratively with production and leadership teams to meet production goals
