What are some common challenges faced by entry level assembly line workers, and how can they be managed?

Entry level assembly line workers often face challenges such as maintaining a consistent work pace, adapting to repetitive tasks, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. Staying focused and alert is essential, as small errors can impact the overall production process.
