Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and safe production of goods, lead a team of assembly line workers, and maintain high standards of quality. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. The Production Line Leader plays a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and fostering a productive work environment.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet production targets
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members on proper assembly techniques and safety protocols
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the assembly line and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues to management
  • Assist in inventory management within the warehouse area as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
