Job description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Entry Level Assembly/Production. In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for production of many different components in a fast-paced factory environment. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with various assembly processes. This is a Monday - Friday position with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, some overtime when required. $18.00 an hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production of products.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience in a warehouse or factory setting is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to use measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks as required by the assembly process.
  • Ability to pass a Hair Follicle Drug Test
  • All Backgrounds will be reviewed. It is a Case-by-case review.
