Job description

Summary:
We are hiring for an SMT Operator in Pompano Beach responsible for hand-soldering resistors, capacitors, ICs, as well as delicate reworking on complex PCBs.
Responsibilities:
* Soldering SMT components, reworking, and repairing damaged components in the process
* Finishing the process with cross-checking the the Bill of Materials to ensure correct component placement.
* Utilize tools such as microscopes, soldering irons, tweezers, flux, hot air rework stations, etc
Requirements:
* 2+ years of soldering experience (SMT soldering specifically, not through-hole)
* Experienced with soldering irons, tweezers, flux, and hot air rework stations
* Ability to sit at a microscope for long periods of time
