Sunwest Services Inc. in Lakewood, CO is hiring an experienced Construction Technician to perform commercial remodels and repair work for commercial properties. This position requires a skilled individual with experience in construction, pipework, and soldering. Travel is required, as many projects are located throughout Colorado and occasionally in other states.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform commercial remodels, repairs, and tenant improvements.
  • Complete plumbing and pipe work, including copper pipe soldering.
  • Read work orders and complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site.
Qualifications:
