Entry-Level Admin Assistant

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, ~36 hours/week (occasional weekend flexibility preferred)

Overview:
ShotVet is a mobile veterinary service providing affordable vaccines and preventative care. We’re seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support (email, scheduling, coordination)
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking key metrics
  • Help analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Support business development and market research efforts
  • Coordinate logistics for mobile clinic events as needed
  • Assist with rabies tag mailing and verification
  • Maintain organized records and systems

Qualifications:
