This is a full-time opportunity working with modern Java-based systems, front-end frameworks, and Agile delivery practices in a stable, privately owned environment.
This role stands out for engineers who want real leadership responsibility without losing technical influence. The company builds nearly all of its software internally, giving leaders full visibility into the lifecycle from design and architecture to delivery and long-term optimization. You’ll work closely with business partners while shaping technical direction and mentoring developers.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring software engineers
  • Strong background in Java-based application development
  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies (Angular or JavaScript)
