The Job

As a Engineer II, you will responsible to perform general maintenance duties such as: minor electrical, plumbing, rooms PM, guest service requests, cosmetics and restoration of drywall surfaces- wood and masonry.

To be successful as our new Engineer II you:

  • Minimum of two years experience general maintenance position.
  • Skills to properly use basic electrical testing devices such as: volt meter, amp meter, multi meter, and safely use basic hand and power tools.
  • Must possess very good interpersonal and communication skills; will be interfacing with high percentage of guests as well as other staff members.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts, may be required to work overtime on occasion when the department is short on personnel due to illness or vacation, etc.
  • The ability to listen, empathize, be helpful in all situations and make the soundest decisions toward the resolution of a potential problem. Must also possess strong human relations skills.
