About the role:

The Revenue Enablement Manager is primarily responsible for increasing the sales performance and productivity of our sales teams by providing training materials, demo support, and coaching services to salespeople and front-line sales managers. This role will also partner closely with our Media Intelligence and Professional Services teams, supporting initiatives tied to media monitoring and analysis. Experience with Media Intelligence is considered a strong asset.


As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will lead the creation and implementation of training programs to our sales teams, act as an internal product champion, and also manage and maintain competitive intelligence documentation.

Your impact:

  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training programs, content/sales messaging, processes, best practices, and tools that support the sales organization in effectively selling Agility products.
  • Manage an ongoing cadence of communication with sales teams, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and informed on new product features and updates.
  • Support foundational and continuous learning programs for sales teams, including (but not limited to) training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Partner with the Agility Marketing team to support the development of promotional and enablement materials.
  • Track enablement program metrics, create reports on outcomes, and communicate results effectively to executive stakeholders.
  • Manage sales enablement projects and coordinate enablement-related activities across teams.
  • Provide front-line product demo support to sales staff on an as-needed basis, while identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and regularly update competitive battlecards, with a focus on Database, Social Listening, and Media Monitoring solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Revenue Enablement to communicate customer and prospect requirements from an Engineering perspective, including features that could positively impact sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Other duties as required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales and/or Account Management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong experience in tactical sales management.
  • The ability to train others to listen, present and close sales.
  • People and customer management skills - especially problem solving - is very important.  
  • Ability to identify (potential) problems and propose solutions in a clear concise way is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities.
  • Ability to interpret information and translate into actionable recommendations is a must.
  • You are a product of a sales training framework such as Sandler or other.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, training content design and B2B selling is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, PowerPoint are necessary.
  • Highly organized and skilled at project management.
  • Track record of integrity, honesty and the ability to instill this in others.
  • Exposure to Media Intelligence, media monitoring, or Professional Services environments is considered an asset.

Total Compensation for this role is expected to fall within the range of $80,000 – $125,000 CAD annually. The final offer will reflect each candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
