What is the difference between Lessonly vs Customer Service Representative?

AspectLessonly

Work EnvironmentCorporate, training, and onboarding settings
Required SkillsContent creation, training design, LMS proficiency
Common EmployerCompanies seeking employee training solutions

Lessonly is a training platform used by organizations to create and deliver employee training. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), on the other hand, are roles within companies responsible for assisting customers. While CSRs may use Lessonly to complete training modules, the two are distinct: Lessonly is a tool, and CSR is a job position. Understanding this difference helps clarify the purpose of Lessonly in employee development versus the customer support role of CSRs.
