About The Role

As an Engagement Manager, you will lead project teams in post‑deal value creation efforts and pricing/GTM due diligence activities.

  • Leading teams on commercial topics including pricing, sales, and marketing.
  • Guiding hypothesis development, data collection, analysis, research, and insight surfacing.
  • Producing and presenting written deliverables.
  • Managing projects, coaching junior members, and supporting partners.
  • Building client relationships, presenting to senior audiences, and working with C‑Suite.
  • Communicating issues and solutions in formal and informal settings.
  • Applying best practice and firm competencies to deliver successful projects.
  • Influencing client and team thinking, contributing to business development.
  • Guiding clients through implementation and change management.

  • Engagement Manager: 5‑8+ years in management consulting or similar, focused on top‑line growth, pricing, go‑to‑market.
  • Principal: 8+ years in a relevant role, typically at a top‑tier strategy firm.

Compensation & Benefits

The applicable base salary range for this role is $225K to $240K. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k), and employee assistance programs.
