Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant for a hybrid role based in the Pensacola, FL area.
This contract position involves supporting an education assistance program, including case management, reimbursement processing, and payroll coordination.
Proficiency in office software and experience with case management systems are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for participants in the education assistance program.
Manage individual cases from submission to completion, ensuring timely responses.
Review and verify documentation for reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies.
Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
