Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Florida. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges.
This position is well-suited for an LCSW who values meaningful clinical work, clear structure, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting. You will help clients build coping skills, work through personal challenges, and make steady progress toward their treatment goals.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create treatment plans based on each client's goals, needs, and presenting concerns
  • Maintain timely progress notes and clinical documentation in the required system
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
  • Follow HIPAA standards and professional ethics for remote mental health services
  • Participate in clinical updates, case discussions, or team communication as needed

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
  • Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
