This position is based at the Mebane, NC office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams through new product introductions (NPI) and product improvement initiatives from ideas to launch and beyond supporting Signaling and other business units.
  • Use a blended agile-waterfall approach to balance speed, structure, and flexibility across our product development lifecycle.
  • Own the program schedule, budget, resource alignment, and overall delivery while keeping communication simple, clear, and people-focused.
  • Create a project culture that's open, honest, and supportive, where people feel empowered to speak up, solve problems, and celebrate wins together.
  • Bring visibility and structure to complex initiatives by using tools like Jira, PPM, dashboards, and visual management boards.
  • Keep key stakeholders (internal and external) informed with regular updates, telling the full story behind the metrics.
  • Make room for learning. Reflect often. And bring your team along for the journey not just the destination.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product management, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure we're solving the right problems and solving them well.
  • Stay connected to the voice of the customer whether it's a homeowner using our product, or the technician installing it in the field.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in program/Project Management with Product Development background.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software); PMP or Agile certification a big plus.
  • Deep experience leading complex projects that include hardware, firmware, mechanical design, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Familiarity with the tools and processes that keep modern programs moving: Jira, MS Project, dashboards, agile, phase gates, etc.
  • Strong technical fluency, but more importantly: a strong belief in people, communication, problem solving, proactive, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally Local and international as needed.
