ACE Home Care Agency provides compassionate, high-quality home health services to seniors and individuals with disabilities across Delaware. We are dedicated to supporting independence, dignity, and comfort in the home setting. We are seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to help expand our presence in the community and strengthen our partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and families.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote ACE Home Care’s services, strengthen brand visibility, and drive client referrals. This role requires a balance of community outreach, relationship-building, and creative marketing to ensure the agency continues to grow and serve more families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources.
  • Represent ACE Home Care at health fairs, community events, and networking functions.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, newsletters, and online advertising.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaigns, referral data, and ROI to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design promotional materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and community resources.
  • Support recruitment marketing to attract qualified caregivers and nursing staff.
  • Assist in other duties as requested by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
