Job description

Account Manager

Location: In-person | Tulsa, OK (some local & regional travel required)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales, problem-solving, and collaborating with a creative, fast-paced team. You’ll manage existing accounts, grow new business, and serve as a key point of contact for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow accounts within an assigned territory for K-12 schools and camps
  • Build relationships through phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings
  • Proactively generate new orders and identify new sales opportunities
  • Meet with local customers 1–2 times per week; occasional travel to nearby areas
  • Follow up on artwork approvals and upcoming orders
  • Provide weekly activity and sales reports
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
