To thrive as an Email Account Manager, you need expertise in email marketing strategies, campaign management, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, often supported by a degree in marketing or related field. Familiarity with email service platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and certifications such as HubSpot Email Marketing or Google Analytics, are commonly required. Job Description

AMZing PPC Account Manager Position

Company Scope

AMZing PPC is a growing digital marketing agency. As of now, our main business relies on Amazon PPC, but we are rapidly expanding to Google Ads and other forms of digital marketing, as well as occasional web design and maintenance. Official headquarters are located in NYC, though most of the staff work remotely from different parts of the world. Our CEO is currently managing most of the google strategy aspects, and he is looking to replace himself in account and client management to be able to focus on the growth side of the business with a person that can manage effectively these tasks.

Job Scope

Hire should be able to elaborate strategies for each client with account growth as a goal (e-commerce and lead generation) via paid marketing (mainly google ads but amazon may be included, as well as other platforms later). Should have a good grasp of account management and reporting on google, as (s)he may need to manage the account or assign tasks to/train another manager. Communication skills are very important, (s)he will be in touch with clients on a regular basis. The ability to quickly analyze accounts on a weekly basis to update clients via email will also be important.

Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in strategy/execution in Google Ads. Amazon experience is preferred but not necessary, as google knowledge will allow easily learning the Amazon platform. Social media marketing experience is a plus, but not at all required.

Fluent (conversational) or native English. Part of the requirements of the position will be communicating directly with clients via email/phone, so this is an important requisite. Conversation skills will be evaluated on selected candidates through phone interviews.

Willing to communicate with clients. (S)he should be able to manage client expectations (and frustration) and explain the state of the accounts. Some clients are knowledgeable and understand very well PPC while others have no experience, so should be flexible to communicate with both types of clients.

Willing to train others as the company takes on more accounts we will need to hire other account managers, so (s)he should be able to train less experienced people for different management roles within the company (keyword research, account optimization, etc).

Salary: $1,000-$1,500/month (with the opportunity to increase as we grow) but if we find the right person we may be able to go higher.

Location: Remote ( EST time zone preferred)
