Pinnacle Marketing Group is looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who has a passion for marketing, customer experience and helping businesses thrive. An Account Manager is the main point of contact for existing clients to oversee and ensure that we are helping the client successfully market their business.

An Account Manager has a complete understanding of Pinnacle's services, including branding, multimedia, website development, and photo/video production.

Success in this role means building client partnerships, delivering measurable marketing results, and supporting consistent client growth.

Essential Functions:

Marketing Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning tactics with client strategy, goals and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance client effectiveness, expand services, strengthen business relationships, and drive ongoing optimization
  • Stay up to date on top marketing trends, efficiencies and best practices

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with production team members to produce effective, high-quality marketing assets
  • Plan 30โ€“60 days ahead using client roadmaps, campaign planning, and proactive scheduling
  • Manage workload proactively, monitor hours, and communicate capacity or scope concerns early

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary client lead, driving clarity, momentum, and confidence
  • Deliver excellent customer service through timely responses and clear communication of processes, timelines, and recommendations
  • Build trust in Pinnacle's services and capabilities

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1+ year as an account manager, marketing manager, or similar role with experience in a variety of marketing channels
  • Proven ability to work within budgets and deadlines
  • Proven ability to understand goals and strategy
  • Effective project management and collaboration skills

In addition to the above, the Senior Account Manager required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years as account manager, marketing manager, or similar role with experience in a variety of marketing channels
