Job description

We are an Account Manager at Texas Ecogrow is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the relationship between the company and its clients, ensuring that contracted services are performed correctly, clients are satisfied, and each account remains profitable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent communication with Property Managers, HOA Managers, Boards of Directors, and property owners.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Conduct property visits and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments involving outbound calling and deal closing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
