In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that assists our customers, providing support and guidance with clarity and professionalism. You will handle account inquiries and help customers navigate their loan with ease. Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
  • Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
  • Work with customers to collect past due balances and payments.
  • Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
  • Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
  • Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
  • Deliver a great customer service experience.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of data entry and customer files.
Compensation
  • Pay range: $20-$22

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
