Job description

Summary:

The Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering relationships with key house accounts, re-engaging lost business, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for proactive outreach, strategic account management, and administrative support to drive sales growth and enhance business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with top house accounts by conducting monthly check-in calls to ensure high-quality customer service, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound calls and emails from clinics, providing timely responses to inquiries, protocol changes and questions related to house accounts.
  • Proactively reach out to lost or slowed accounts to assess their needs and work hand in hand with the Business Development Managers to facilitate re-engagement.
  • Accurately update and maintain accounts in Systoc, ensuring that all client information remains current.
  • Complete and submit win-back forms for the Business Development Managers, documenting company details, key contacts and other relevant account information to support the re-engagement process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
