Job description

Kelly is hiring Electrical Control Panel Assemblers in Ashland, OH for a leading manufacturer specializing in innovative equipment and control solutions. If you have hands-on electrical, mechanical, or industrial assembly experience, this is a great opportunity to expand your skills in control panel assembly and wiring.


  • Pay: $18.00/hr
  • Pay may be flexible for highly qualified candidates
  • Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
  • No Drug or Background Screening Required


Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Flexible start time between 5:45 AM and 7:00 AM
• $18.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Build and wire electrical control panels
• Drill, tap, and install electrical components into metal and plastic panels
• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly
• Support custom and prototype builds
• Work directly with engineers on projects that may have limited documentation
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot basic equipment and product issues
• Identify and report discrepancies with materials, drawings, inventory, or equipment
• Work with different components across production areas as needed
• Use IFS, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other computer-based systems
• Maintain established quality and efficiency standards


What We're Looking For

• Previous electrical, mechanical, or industrial assembly experience preferred
• Control panel assembly or construction experience is a plus
• Ability to read wiring diagrams preferred, but not required with strong electrical/mechanical aptitude
• Experience using basic hand and power tools, including drilling and tapping tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and willing to learn and cross-train
• Comfortable using computer-based systems to manage daily tasks
