Job Description

Global eLearning certification for an Ads Marketing team - this is the education team within this space.

Building eLearning for internal and external partners

advertiser education, building eLearning content for product launching

Develop certification and e-learning content for the Ads platform.

Create and structure course content, which is then transformed into visual learning experiences by the MXD (Multimedia Design) team.

Build learning modules using content publishing and authoring platforms.

Utilize Articulate 360 tools, primarily Rise (SCORM-compliant authoring platform), with Storyline used for more advanced or interactive content development.

Manage and publish learning content through Intellum, the organization's learning experience platform (LXP), referred to internally as Evolve.

Responsibilities

- The focus is on developing scalable e-learning and certification content rather than facilitating live instructor-led training.

- Seeking a Learning Experience Designer with expertise in digital learning content development.

- Ideal candidates will have experience supporting certification programs for advertising platforms such as Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop, or Walmart Connect.

- Looking for individuals who can create high-quality source content that can be dynamically personalized and re-synthesized through LLM-powered experiences.

- The current training approach is largely one-size-fits-all; the goal is to create more tailored, engaging learning journeys that are customized to individual learner needs rather than generic, static content.

Ideally looking for someone who can build certification and e-learning content, but who also thinks about learner engagement, personalization, and the future of AI-enabled learning experiences.
