Job description

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for a 1-2+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week position; candidate must be able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Learning Experience Designer will support a high-priority learning and development initiative by creating engaging training programs, eLearning content, and employee development resources. This role is ideal for an instructional designer with strong Articulate Storyline expertise who enjoys building impactful learning experiences while collaborating across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, learning objectives, and performance gaps
  • Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs
  • Build interactive training modules using Articulate Storyline
  • Create supporting materials including job aids, guides, presentations, and multimedia content
  • Support the rollout and implementation of learning initiatives
  • Develop surveys and collect feedback to measure training effectiveness
  • Analyze learning data and recommend improvements to programs and content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of training programs
  • Maintain training documentation, resources, and learning materials
  • Support learning and development projects through administration, design, and program coordination
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related
  • 2+ years of instructional design, learning & development, training, or related experience
  • Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline or similar platform
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Experience designing engaging learning experiences across multiple delivery formats
  • Experience creating and managing surveys using Qualtrics or similar platforms
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating instructional design capabilities preferred
  • Experience with LMS platforms, Camtasia, Canva, or related learning technologies a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
