Project Manager For Ehr Implementation

Interview: Virtual Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD and H4 EAD.

Must have strong and current EHR implementation experience. Preferably EPIC or Cerner.

This is hybrid from day one. Need only local candidates from San Diego. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role in Southern California to manage a large-scale EHR implementation within a healthcare environment. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end EHR implementation initiatives, from planning through go-live and stabilization
  • Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinating efforts across clinical, technical, operational, and vendor teams
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings and providing clear status reporting
  • Supporting change management, training coordination, and user adoption efforts
  • Ensuring project activities align with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
  • Identifying and resolving risks and issues to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic or comparable systems)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
